My cover story for the October/November 2001 issue of My Table, "The Cellular Memory of Food," is a finalist in the Houston Press Club's statewide Lone Star awards!

I write about legal matters, art, culture, travel and food (my favorite!) for a variety of national and regional publications. I've covered bars for Texas Monthly and reviewed restaurants for the Houston Business Journal, the Houston Press, My Table, Digital City (Houston) and Time Out New York (including the guidebook Eating & Drinking 2000).
